The panel discussion will acknowledge the business side of eating local, including the purchasing by restaurants and schools of local produce, dairy and meat.

Stay on top of upcoming Social Soup events on the Utahns For Hunger web site: the next social soup will take place on Nov. 18th, topic and speaker to-be-determined. The theme for this year’s talks is Food and Labor. Unless otherwise advertised, all talks are held from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Gould Auditorium on the first floor of Marriott Library.
